This soil is 100% screened topsoil. This is great for areas where soil has eroded or for a better quality soil to fill in empty areas.

Contractor Grade Topsoil - $20.00 per cubic yard
When we screen grindings, there is a lot of material that is removed, consisting of decomposed wood chips, brush, and topsoil. This is our contractor grade topsoil. It is better quality than fill dirt, but does not contain enough rich organic matter to use for plantings.

GATOR MAXX SAND is a unique mixture of polymer binders and calibrated sand available in Beige and Slate Grey. The installation of GATOR MAXX SAND is almost identical to using regular paver joint sand except for the application of water.
